Due to popularity and restricted capacity, some of our workshops include an additional fee payable in advance. For example, the Wim Hof (ice bath therapy) workshop which has a duration of approximately 2.5 hours. Keep a look out on our social media for announcements on when these tickets will be available for purchase through our website.

If you purchase a day ticket, it allows you access to the festival on the day stated on the ticket. You will be able to enter the festival from 7am on the day, prior to morning meditation commencing at 8am. As with weekend tickets, day tickets provide entry to the vast majority of classes and workshops. Unfortunately a day ticket does not include a camping pitch so you will be required to leave the festival in the evening.

Camping is included in the weekend ticket price or if you've purchased two consecutive day tickets.

Our food vendors will prepare and serve you delicious nourishing food to help you keep energy levels high for the weekend’s activities. You can expect stone baked pizzas, gourmet burgers and wholesome fresh plant based foods. The majority, if not all, of our food vendors cater for vegetarians and vegans.

Keep an eye out on our social media for information on this year’s food vendors.

To experience everything Exhale has to offer, we encourage our community to use the weekend to disconnect and be present in the moment. This is helped by the fact that there is no wifi on site and historically the phone signal can be a little dodgy. Although we do understand that you may need to top up your phone battery during your stay.

We recommend that you bring external battery packs to give you enough juice to get through the weekend. There are plug sockets in the barns and out houses, however, these will mostly be reserved for use during the classes and workshops.

If you do leave your phone unattended, we can not be held responsible for any loss or damage.

Most of the food vendors and stalls will accept cash and card.

Disposable BBQs are not allowed but you’re welcome to bring your own food and gas stoves. Please note that refrigerators will not be available.

Please do not bring alcohol onsite, our license only covers the bar which will be open each day of the festival.

You can either bring your own tent or campervan (additional fee, see ticket section). If you don’t want the stress of erecting and disassembling your tent, you can hire a 4m or 5m bell tent through us. Only weekend tickets include a camping pitch.

On Saturday evening, we get down to feel good party bangers, straight out of left field, in a 15th century barn nightclub!

We appreciate that partying isn’t for everyone so the plug will be pulled at no later than 12:30am so that everyone can get several hours sleep before morning meditation.

If you don’t fancy partying that’s totally fine, there will be separate evening entertainment for those that would like a more relaxed evening.

Well behaved dogs and those accustomed to people and children are welcome but they must be kept on a lead in the main areas of the festival. There are trails and fields that can be used if you would like to give your dog free roaming time. Please note that currently we don’t offer a dog minding service so you will need to ensure someone is available to tend to your dog whilst you’re taking part in the sessions.

This year, we will be releasing the line up in a phased approach but rest assured that our contributors are some of the finest in their respective fields.

Full timetable to be released early August so you can plan your weekend before you arrive.
